Company fires employee by text message. How lame is that?

The text message said: "We will not require your services anymore...Thank you for your time with us."

Their excuse is that they are youth oriented company, and texting is part of the youth culture.

Wow, I didn't think a company could do that. Bet that guy wished he didn't have a cell phone at the time!
