Why do you need to do that!? Very risky! Windows might not be able to recognize where to send deleted files and it would almost certainly at least make the computer much slower, if not an "expensive paperweight", as Stuart's great answer stated.

You have to do it in the registry with regedit.

Be aware that any changes you make to the registry could make your computer an expensive paperweight.

you'd have to change stuff in the registry- which is a horrible idea.
