I think so, cuz I can't stop. I'm not trying to make a joke, I am being very serious. I am married and I still masturbate, even with the sex. Very much an addiction.

Any activity, if performed to the detriment of "regular" life, can be considered an addiction.
Low blood sugar may be the cause of the "need", You may want to check out www.hufa.org and check out the symptoms to see if this might be the reason for the "need".
