It depends.If the perfume is a branded one and if you happen to know the retail price, you can come to a conclusion.Think even $40 is on the higher side.make it $30.I would do it to help my friend.It depends on your friendship as well.

Sounds kinda like one of those pyramid scams. I wouldn't do it. If you really wanted to spend $40 on perfume you can buy it at the department store and probably get a much better deal. She wants you to start selling perfume too. I'd say no.

Do you benefit anything out of becoming a member besides $40. Also you have to check, if there are any drawbacks of becoming the member.
