take them out. I had my one cartalidge taken out at the doctors last night because it was infected and could scar the cartalidge. What would you do?

I've got 8 ear piercings, a tongue ring and had a belly ring. If they aren't infected don't touch them. When you remove an already infected piercing you trap the infection in the wound causing more damage than left untouched. Speak with your doctor about getting an antibiotic first off to kill off the infection prior to taking it out (if you wish). You will end up with a scar no matter what since the moment the needle passed through your skin, it just depends on how large of a scar it could cause. Don't just leave it either because the bigger the infection gets, the larger the scar it will leave.

Take them out yes the cartilage is not the best place for piercings,thank you for sharing I have told a lot of girls on here the danger of this type of piercing.

You shouldn't take them out either way because the infection can get trapped inside of the piercings after they close and spread to the rest of you body. Get some medicine for the infection and take care of the piercings. I have 17, I knwo how they work.

If you don't have any problems with the other piercings and you still like them, I say leave them be. Just take care of them so none of the other ones get infected too!!

Take them out if you want to. I’ve had my navel pierced since I was 16, I am now 23. I take it out to clean but put it back. If their are bothering you or you are bored with them, then do it. But remember once the hole closes over you have to get them repierced if you want them back.

I wouldn't get pierced with guns.
Unless there was green or red puss, swelling, pain or it washot to the touch, it was probably just irritated and healing.

No, leave em in...ohh and get one of those things to put in your lip that stretches it out and makes you look like you got a china plate in your lip. Like you see in National Geographic!

now you should have your coochie pierced also, i have my hood pierced and it is beauitful, no leave them there
