No because the brain is the most complex computer there is. And what do you think it took to design / make a computer? A human brain.

The idea to create the computer came from a brain... so no, never. The brain is capable of free thought, a computer is a tool, nothing more.

No. The human brain created the computer. ^_^ The computer can be programmed to be smart but is never smarter then the programmer's brain. Think about it, computers are programmed by people to be smart, but they would never be smart in the first place without the smart person and their brains, you know? I know this is confuzzling, but really.. Lol..

well computer can certanly run faster then human brain can process something, but humans can think and learn which makes human way stronger and smarter then pc.
