Really My kids have seen it in the program guide and seen exciting promos.
But every time we do tune in this Boring bounty hunter is taking his dog to the Vet visiting his dead grandma.
They always make the fugitives out to be public enemy number 1 but usually it's some skinny little pot head who just surprised he has a warrant.
or some poor one legged guy with a large batch of parking tickets who missed court because his car broke down.
I think if you are gonna do a show about bounty hunters it should be real ones with real criminals like in LA or Johannesburg south Africa where a cop a day gets shot.
Down there bounty hunters have to be like special forces, ditch the fluff.

neorapsta is right they don't have bounty hunters in SA they do have skip tracers and privet police (mercs) who don't go after bail jumpers but active criminals on wanted lists.
I lived in Hawaii for short spell so I know how big it is. Still making some guy who got caught with a bag of cannabis and some rolling papers as some dangerous hard core criminal c'mon he is some scrawny pot head the only thing he is dangerous to is an 8 piece bucket and a coleslaw
Now if there was a show about swat or police tachtical teams taking down bangers or real criminals that would be interesting. I am sure Hawaii has them too.

Simply because there are no bounty hunters like that. In fact the ohter bounty hunters in the states have condemned Dog Chapman because of his cowboy methods. Though its a pity they don't seem to cover anything like his illegal crossing into mexico after the rapist heir to Max Factor, Andrew Luster.
The only bounty hunters you really get are for bond jumping which means people aren't that bad to begin with, if you had some guy loaded up with guns they'd call in a swat team, which is why its only seen in video games or fictional TV shows.
As a sidenote there are no bounty hunters in South Africa, they only exist in America.

I actually love the show. I think It is great it onto the 3rd season now! I like Dog and his family and I think they are really nice people. Don't forget they are in Hawaii and it's not a huge place.

I know what you mean! I quit watching it cause it just pisses me off. I mean, he's supposed to be some bad a** and all he does is go after old people that are so messed up on drugs they don't know what's going on. I really love it how they'll all set there and call the "fugitives" all kinds of names and once they have them they'll kiss their butt and tell them how they'll help get them back out. HELLO AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE OR WHAT? sorry, it just irritates me lol.
