Please help me. When I go to load my game (Oblivion) it starts to load the game and then the screen will go all black but I can still hear the game's music? I can play dvd's though and it isn't the game because I tried it on my Aunt's and it played fine. Any help will be appreciated.

try flicking the HD button on the wire which contects the 360 to the tv, the switch is at the 360 end, some games aren't set up for HD, if that doesn't work go to your tv set up and change the resolution, some games have different set ups for graphics

Have you try other games on your xbox 360?
also try using a DVD cleaner it might be dirty.
also take a can of air spread and blast it.

if all else fail its RMA time. return to manufacture.
hope its still in warranty.

Contact Microsoft. Most likely, you have one of the defected 360s.

Check your connections to the TV/monitor. Could be a short in the cord. it could also be your TV/monitor itself if it works fine on another television. Troubleshooting is simply a process of elimination.

The problem that you are dealing with is that this is a product developed by Microsoft. Either the problem will go away by itself, or you will have to install a patch or re-install something.

Sounds like you need to take it back for a new one, or send it to MS to fix.
