For all the other women out there who are trying to get pregnant..when you know that it's about one week after ovulation or "possible" conception...do you start to get all the pregnancy signs...feeling sick, change in eating, legs start to hurt, period like cramps...? Then 5 days before your period you rush to get a first response test and you see that awful one line after 3 minutes? This was my third try to far (ttc). My period was due this morning..I have a 26 day cycle...but back in march my cycle was 27 days..but other than that it comes perfectly on time..but i still know theres a chance my period could be late. Anyways, For about 6 or days now i have had almost all the signs besides tender breasts. I have been constantly messing with them to see if they are "tender". They are not. Today they hurt..so I know it can't be in my head. I could have gotten the first response test like 5 days ago...but im scared to death of the "one line". lol anyways is anyone else going through this?

I've gone through it many times myself and it seems as if everytime it's always been fake signals and or my mind playing tricks on me. It's very disconcerting and it breaks my heart each time. But I just remind myself that I'm meant to have children and that if I keep trying I'll get them. I also try to remember what a friend of mine once told me. She said to just not worry/think about it and it will happen.

As it is right now, there is still a chance I could be pregnant, as I've had a few symptoms. But I'm going to wait a bit longer before getting a test mainly because I don't want or need the heartache right now.

Yes - I am going through that now. I have been feeling what I feel is morning sickness, frequent urination, adn my legs hurt. I got pregnant in April and misscarried in May and never had any of these symptoms but just had really sore breasts. I do not have sore breasts now but am wondering cause of the other symptoms. I already took 2 tests this week both with the 1 line and I just want to cry when I see it. When I did get pregnant in April I did 6 at home tests over a 3 week period that all turned out negative and I was convinced that i was loosing my mind and went to the doctors, they did a test and it was positve. So don't get discouraged keep taking tests maybe every 5 days. That is what my doctor recommended as he said that the pregnancy hormoned that the tests detect in women can vary when they show up.

Good luck!

March of last year I had a pregnancy scare and my son was just over a year old so I went to have the depo shot (Big mistake) It wore off the beginning of June and the end of June my periods started up again, but lasting anywhere from 12-20 days. In Nov. my period was late, and I had nausea, sore breasts and being extremely tired. I took 5 homes test and they were all - and it was frustrating because I was wanting to get pregnant then. I went to the doctor and found out the shot had cause low hormones and that is why my period was so out of whack. I went on low-dose pill (Yasmin) for 3 months and 2 weeks after coming off of it I got pregnant and am now 20 weeks along.

After TTC for the last 5 + years, I now wait until my period is 3 to 5 days late then I test. When you take a pregnancy test 5 days before your missed period, it's not 100% accurate & actually it's normally on 50% accurate, so I perfer not to waste the money that soon.

Yeah, something like that happened to me a year ago. Since i was about 13 yrs old I've had a irregular period. Well for about a year and a half my period was regular. My bf and I was together for a year then so we decided to try and have a baby. Around March I started to gain weight in the stomach area, then as time went by I was starting to get other symptoms as if I was pregnant. I decided to go to the doctors to find out whats going on. I then found out that I have what is called PCOS.

I do too. I've been with my BF for 4 years now and we've been trying for 2. I get all the symptoms like cravings, tender and bigger breasts, sleepiness during the day, nauseous, and a bigger appetite. I also get disappointed every month when the unwanted monthly visitor stops by. But I try not to focus on negative thoughts (which do cross my head sometimes) I think it's gonna happen when it's meant to happen;)

When a person yearns to become pregnant and they know all of the signs of pregnancy, a person 's body can have false signs of pregnancy. Your brain can trick you into believing that you are going through all of these signs. However if you want to know if you are pregnant go ahead and try another test this one might give you the answer you have been waiting for. kenziebuchanan@hotmail.com if you have any more questions.
