Powdered milk for facials. Just add a little bottled water, make a paste, apply, let dry, then rinse with tepid water......your face will be SO soft.

One of the best "light" dermabrasion techniques is to take Baking Soda - the store brand is just fine. Take a palm full, add water to make a paste - then gently, with your finger tips rub in circles on your face and neck. (Do not use on your eyelids and just under your eyes.) You can use this in the shower all over your body - it contributes to a sense of calmness and is as effective as any expensive dermabrasion home cream, mask, etc. This can be done several times a week - when your skin tolerates it you can do it daily in the shower.
Afterwards, you can take powdered milk and go over your face and/or body skin again.
Pat your face lightly dry and then you can apply Cod LIver oil - Carlson's Lemon Flavored is best as it takes out the fish smell - do not put on your eyelids. This has natural DMAE - which you can pay over 100 dollars a month for a brand name for - and has a lifting effect.
Over this apply a light moisturizer - including one for the eyelids.
In the long run, taking a teaspoon of Cod Liver Oil and work up to two to three teaspoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil will help to naturally moisturize your skin.
No external facial can make up for cutting out junk food. Nine servings of fruits and veggies daily - two leafy green salads and good protein all help to keep your skin building and replacing itself from inside out. Don't forget your eight glasses of water - keep the sugar and caffeine intake low as it really is bad for your skin! And if you smoke - quit - it is one of the worst agers. Aerobic exercise will keep your blood flowing well - removing toxins and bringing the good nutrients to your skin from inside out.
Also - learning relaxation and meditation techniques help to bust stress. Stress will age your skin. Cutting down your stress level helps you to glow from within!

tell your girls to bring make up and set it in the middle of the table. tell people to get a partner and take turns doing each others face. first do it good then let the girls go wild and do each others face silly. DONT FORGET TO TAKE PICTURES!!
