no, plus the inmate has the opportunity to earn money in prison, so he can help a little bit. Some states will put the child on welfare to subsidize their living expenses, while he is in jail. Good Luck

no.. but when you file for taxes.. they may take it from you for back child support if he owes anything.. if you file that you are married
