which Bilbo would win? plz answer this has been stuck in my head all week. Anyone answer!

Bilbo before the ring. Tolkien was a master of translating the effect that contentment has on people. the Ring made Bilbo Content. however he invested all he was in keeping it for his self. his former curiosity and generous nature was replaced with greed and reclusivness. he shut his self down. But then he still showed he had strength when he knew giving the ring to gandulph, then Frodo would be the greater good. That's the equal of say you win 10 million dollars, then give it up because you know that it would be the doom of you people. WAR young Bilbo

The older Bilbo Baggins would win, even without the Ring, simply because of the experiences he had during his travels.

Older Bilbo with the ring, because he could just go invisible and smack the little Bilbo and he wouldn't know where he is!

Young Bilbo cause he would make the ring into a hip Prince Albert Piercing and thus everyone would be afraid to touch it or take it off. :)

slip it on. young bilbo cant find him,
besides, hobbits are only "coming of age in their twentys". so by 50, (when bilbo found the ring), hes just a youngish guy.

Huh? Do you mean if they were to fight?
The ring didn't make Bilbo stronger, but if he used it, young Bilbo couldn't see him.

Older would, not just becuase of the ring, but with age, comes wisdom and experience to clobber the young.
