Yes, it's called Waxing! Quite fasionably these days, but i'm not quite that much of a fan of searing pain and the "bald look".
Now seriously, pubic hair loss is real. I recommend you visit your dermatologist as it may be an indicator of something going wrong in your pelvic area.

yes you can. if you have conditions that would lose your hair such as alopecia or leukemia then all the hair including eyebrows and pubic hair will go bald. They grow back, but if they dont you can get a hair transplant. i think elton john got one didnt he? on his head?

Patchy baldness can be because of a fungal infection or to pubic lice infestation. Get it checked up please.
