The old timers from the World War II era do it because men s trousers had deep pockets back then. Everybody did it. That s why a lot of old men always jingle change in their pockets. It was like a habit they never outgrew.

I jiggle my change b/c Sometimes I forget it is in my pocket and if I don't jiggle it I will run and money will fly everywhere. I alsop, do as a nervous thing, like biting nails
