Where are you located? There is an awesome used boat supply shop in Costa Mesa, CA called Minney's. They have tons of sails for great prices, the mast may be tougher. There may be a similar place near you that has used boat parts. Place an ad on the bulletin board at your marina, too.

Try Atlantic Sail Traders for the sails. They might have info on a mast. They are in Florida. Bacons in Annapolis has used stuff.

There's a place in Ft Myers, Florida called Marine Trading Post, their number is listed in yellow pages. They have good source of marine equipment and good resources. A very reputable company
