You can just be supportive of him.support him in his thoughts and beleifs, this does not mean that you have to always agree with him,as we all have our own thoughts but you can support him by telling him to do whatever he thinks is best. You can try to take an interest in what he is doing even if it is boring, you need to show him that you care.Show him respect and be understanding in the fact that he is going to have good days but also bad ones. There will probably be days that he will come home and not want to talk or will be so run down and needs rest, this is where most people mess up at because the spouse feels they have done something wrong to upset the other but you have to understand the days like this and give him his space but at the same time, let him know that you are there for him if he needs you.You may even ask him if he would like a massage or a hot bath and if he says no then leave him be for a while.Just make sure that he always knows that you are on his side and you are pulling for him and you know how stressful life can be at times.
Always remember:Support, Understanding, Love, and you will go along ways together.
good luck and god bless

Ask him how his day was. And actually listen about how his day went. Tell him that you are proud of him for working so hard everyday. Give him a body message at least one night per week to show him that you care about how hard he's been working and to help reduce some of his stress. Respect what he does for a living because for a man this is iusually a refection of who he is. Take care.

Be supportive, listen attentively, and most of all be loving & understanding when he comes home with a bad attitude. If he is like me, work and success is extremely important to him and while I don't let it linger I need a moment (an hour or so) to get it out of my system.
God Bless you with this attitude about this. You are a gem among women!

The fact that you ask probably indicates that you love him and want to help him the best you can. So, you should know intuitively the right thing to do each day. Above atl, stay away from the feminist mindset.

By getting a job of her own. June Cleaver is dead! She strangled on those darn pearls while vacuuming in heels, that stupid cow! With apologies to Barbara Billingsly who is alive and well.
Your husband is a grown man. Do your thing. He can take care of himself.

Instill confidence, encouragement, and support. Don't bother him when he needs concentration. When he asks a question give him a straight answer, not a cryptogram. Feminists stand down, this works both ways.

He should be able to concentrate on his career. So he should not spend much time worrying about home, family, finances etc. You should do an excellent job in these areas.

Know everything about what he does. You may have ideas that he has not thought of. Also support him when he has to go the extra mile (i.e. overtime, travel, personal money (to be reimbursed later of course), etc. every now and then for the company.
