With the reason you want to work in an oil company. If you have no answer why work there?

Well first off I wouldn't apply for that job, so if you are applying for that job you have to ask yourself that question. Is it just because you want a job or because you like the company. Many oil companies also do other things, look at what other industries the company is also working in and you could answer it that way.
I think you need to answer that question for yourself and should have an answer even before you apply for a job like that. Some companies are better than others, and you might like what the company is doing, that isn't gouging the life out of people who have to drive.

You have to be truthful on that one. If it's primarily for the money, say so. A good interviewer is going to sniff out the canned answer like a stale fish...that's what they're trained to do.
Answer with honesty, conviction and confidence. Displaying those traits is WAY more important than the details of any answer you can give.

That depends on your interest level in that job or the industry. If you are planning to get a job that happens to be in the oil industry, I would state the following:
"... Actually, I would love to learn more about this company and its position in the oil industry. I am well qualified to work as a ____________ but I do admit to some anticipation related to seeing how this position, and myself, would function and support this company, but we will see, if given the opportunity..."
How does that sound?
