Is it the cheerleader on top ... the one on the bottom center ... or what about the cheerleader in the very center of the pyramid ... Who is most important is this human pyramid?

NO ONE! Not one person...not one single person ...not one very tiny single person....not one wafer thin single little person is better than another..........

Think of it this way...the ones on the bottom are the strength or the foundation. The ones in the middle are the support for the one on the top but must maintain a sturdy position...and the one on the top is the one who has to be the most agile and well balanced.

So all of them! There is no "I" in team, and a pyramid cannot be one person. Right? :)

No one is the most important. The pyramid could not stand if any one of the people were missing or not doing their job in the structure. The person on top would probably get the most attention. But that's just because they're on the top. BUT, the person on top might THINK they're more important, but they're really not.

They are all equally important. If one fails, the whole pyramid fails. The human pyramid is a classic exercise in building team strength. The whole group must work as one.
