Not offended, but it is inconsiderate, disrespectful, lazy, and irresponsible of those dogs' owners, and they should be cited. If I were catch anyone being so lazy, I migh follow them home then later take my big, *** Rottie to relieve himself on their lawn.

Well it depends on how big the poop is....we have a dog but she is small..so if the poop is small we think its our own dog..but if its the big kind then i get pissed because i have to picki it up

Yes I do !! I get VERY PO'd at the neighbors across the street that have 3 BIG and 2 small dogs. Guess where they come every morning ?????
Even though we have 2 1/2 acres, they choose OUR front yard only !!!! GRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
