Yes and you need to be quite fit as there are always more women than men there, so you are on your feet all the time with a woman clasped in your arms.

Never been to London so I can't help you there, but I can say that dancing is GREAT fun! It's also great exercise & a great way to meet someone of the opposite sex!
I like swing dancing, ballroom, latin & occasionally even country. Dancing is a great way to become part of the music.
I can't think of any down sides to dancing, Go for it!

okay we're female, but layyydees need partners!
