Explain to her that your sorry and that you didn't mean to blame her. Also you have to make it up to her by taking her out with the "stolen" money !

Well at the end of the day you have to see it from her point of view. she was wrongly accused and she bound to not like that. Just let her know that you understand this. If she doesn't answer your calls or ignores you then just send her a text she can't run away from that and let her know how you feel. Once she sees this she will realise you are serious about wanting to be friedsn again, but also consider why you accused her in the first place. Lack of trust maybe only you can decide that!

Say " I'm sorry, I lost the money at my grandmother's house, I shouldn't have blamed you for it, that was wrong of me. Can you forgive me?" If she still hesitates then tell her " I really am sorry I hurt you, I understand that your feelings won't change that quickly, I hope we can be friends again.
If that doesn't help then just always be nice to her, just learn in the future not to accuse people before you know for sure.

Straight out tell her, or if you dont want to feel stupid about it, just pretend you never found it and tell her you want to be friends again, and sorry of accusing her, and u dont want that situation to come in between your friendship.

Very very difficult. You have lost their trust as most assuredly you lost trust in them.

If that person really cares for you then an apology, and time, will do it. But it all depends upon how much you hurt them.

Call her up and invite her out to do something. Tell her what happened and apologize. If she a real friend she'll forgive you. Next time don't be some quick to jump to conclusions.

Simply just say that you are sorry, that you should have believed him or her and that you would do anything to let the person know how sorry you are
