Paid for feedingfrensy2 and comp crashed. How do I get it again and not have to pay?

Well unfortunately you'll probably have to pay for the game again because companies will tell you that it wasn't they're fault that your computer crashed. I had a similar result when a song I had paid for and downloaded got toasted. They just told me I'd have to pay for it again because it wasn't they're fault, and that was all they said.
