Not to go down the road of "who's hot, who's not" too far, but anyone that can cook and well is an attractive catch. I'm the son of a chef. My girlfriend enjoys a lot of my cooking.
That said, while Ms. Ray is adorable and knowledgeable, I find British cooking whiz Nigella Lawson to be absolutely easiest on the eyes. A web search for her images shows easily what I mean.
I understand there is another lovely female cook on the Food Network, but I haven't opportunity to see her or her recipes.

I just think she is cute as a button. The food she fixes looks fabulous. A lot of the other shows on Food Network, the food that is fixed looks nasty, but the food she fixes looks scrumptious. She has down to earth, natural good looks. Just precious.

I would guess by all the shows they give her to do and even another network is giving her one now that many, many people find her attractive. I don't find any of them particularly attractive but Paula Dean makes me laugh and I would actually cook the stuff she makes.
