I wax mine; it isn't nearly as painful as waxing your legs, and you don't get the stubble that shaving gives you the next day. Two wax jobs normally get me through the entire summer.

Waxing is more expensive than Nair but tends to last longer. Plus Nair can tend to sting/burn your skin. I don't really have sensitive skin and Nair tends to burn. My advice would be to go to a beauty supply store and ask the attendant to fill you in on the latest and greatest products, how they should be used, etc. They can give you great feedback since they're in the business. Then you can make the best, informed decision for yourself. Good luck!

Never never never shave arm hair!!!! Just wax and you will see after time, your arm hair will become finer.
