most likely mid-November is my bet...
the official date will be announced by the end of September.

I heard mid-september, but knowing Nintendo it will get postponed.
price is supposed to be under $300

The soonest (and I mean sonnest) it will ever be releset is oct 4th nintendo is not even 100% sure if they can finish that soon!
