Good luck.
If you have kids or not, ever think about Federal Financial Aid and going back to school?

As a landlord I refuse to accept Section 8.. While I would be guaranteed payment, the attitude of the section 8 authorities removes the ability to treat the property as your own as a landlord.
I will never rent to or enter into a contract with any of my properties for section 8. I want control of my own money and property. I don't want some damned middle man bureaucrat telling me I am getting stiff in the **** by a tenant.

go to hud.gov to find your local department of urban housing and all the info you need is there.
I am a hard, full time working mother, in NJ, and receive a small rental subsidy. Every little bit helps. Houses are VERY expensive here, the interest rate doesn't help, but soon I will be able to afford my own home thanks to programs like these......

If you need Section 8, you shouldn't have a computer or access to the internet.
