If you go through a phone book, at the top of each page it has the first & last names for that page...
There are some really funny combinations!! (No, I'm really not that bored...my Dad just got me looking @ that once, & some of them just crack me up. He's retired, so maybe he's bored! LOL!! But it's still fun to look at.)

This is a TRUE one: my step brother's last name is Bush; he married a girl who's last name was Beaver. We were all really relieved that she decided to not hyphenate! :-)
