It's a little hard sometimes for me to refocus in the morning from the astral world and back into this one, so I gently take account of where I left off in the astral, bid my friends and clan farewell for the time being, and then gently ease my mind back into this world.

The birds are brain-washing me to wake up and look at the sun-rise and marvel at the mourning colors of crimson, sapphire, and gold. I actually wake up and think of nothing except what is right there in the movement for about 5 min's - 30 min's.
