ebay item, that I never received, emailed them but never heard back. thanks in advance

If you used PayPal, contact them. If not, contact Ebay.

What you need to do is contact the seller asap regarding if theyve sent it or not. I fthey do not reply on purpose or send you back a rude message report them immediatly.
