I live in Kentucky. I'd rather be in the Appalachians of North Carolina, the Deep South (below Birmingham and Atlanta,) or Texas.

I live in Wisconsin and wouldn't be anywhere else. I live here by my own choosing, having been born and raised in Illinois. The best thing I ever did was move to a small town in the Northwoods. The people are friendly, I have the best job I've ever had, and I can't think of one bad thing. Even the winters are great - and contrary to popular belief, they are better up here than they were in Illinois when I lived 300 miles south of here!

I am a Louisiana girl living in Texas. I have moved around a lot and have yet to find a state that I can call home. I love Louisiana culture but I hate stupid people and some of them love that they're stupid. I like Texas but it is too damn hot. I liked California but it was too crowded. I think if I get a chance I would like to go to Wyoming and find me a mountain man. Hell I've tried everything else, so how bad could that be?

I live in Missouri for the past 15 years. I like the season changes, the people - for the most part. It's cheaper to live in the Midwest than either of the coasts. But I don't like the conservative agenda of our Governor and his cronies. If I could live somewhere else, hmn - maybe Oregon or the Southwest.

I'm in Texas. I like it most days, but miss the mountains and trees. I think I would love to live in Colorado, but not sure I could deal with the snow.

Kansas is a good place to live, but I love traveling to Arizona and Oregon. The south is great to visit also but Kansas is just right for a place to live.
