This guy dislikes my dog because it barks alot and he always mentions how he used to eat dogs back home in Korea. I have checked with the police and they told me that 12 dogs have dissapeared in my neighborhood since Mr. Kimm moved in !! What should I do ! He killed my dog, I think ! Im so confused

Tell the police on him and wait for trail. Also try to have police to gaurd you because he might come into your house while you're sleeping and kill you, take you home and eat you too. :-(

I am sorry but I laughed upon reading this question. If this is serious, I do sincerely apologize. Next time get a Rottie or German Sheppard or some kind of guard dog. Maybe then Mr. Kimm won't stand a chance.

I dont blame you for thinking he killed your dog i read in the paper a few weeks ago that this guy kept killing his neighbors cats because they were bothering his birds...get a new dog in the meantime and see if your neighbor does something to the dog that 's the only way you will find out

It is possible that your Korean neighbor may have eaten your dog. My husband had a dog when he was stationed in Korea and one of the locals ate it. It is a delicacy.
You could report them to the local animal control group but you may have to have proof.

Koreans only eat a certain rare breed of dogs (farmed for food), and it gotta be cooked in a special way.
So either you or your neighbor is joking about eating the dog.
But he might have killed it - people do that all the time.

You shouldn't hate him or kill him that will make you suffer more. You should wait because you don't have proof. Investigate before whatever happen you get the proof you give to the police but if you don't sit back and watch because who ever did back thing will strike back to him hard. Very hard.

If you are absolutely sure that your neighbor ate your dog go over to his house and see if he keeps Koi.
