Some say life would be very boring if we are all the same. And some say it allows people to respond differently to the environment to survive.
My other questions are: why did the god create so many negative characters. For example, some people are so cruel to kill other people. Does killing make life more fun ? Do people need to kill each other to survive or to be happy? Any idea?

Yep u need to reexamine...
first there is no GOD.. COZ we created god and not the opposite. And about different kind of characters ? well, there is no such thing as good or bad. Everyone is right and everyone is wrong. Only the basic different being what u choose, where there r many many factors effecting it. It's a web of interconnected reasons for that and is depended on many things... so negetive character is good for some and r bad for others ,vice versa.

People kill other people for numerous reasons, mostly because that person is affecting their lives somehow. I don't know if "fun" is a good word in this case but I guess killing make someone feel better because they are gone for good. Also, I believe that people kill other people to both survive and be happy. As mentioned before, the person who they want to kill is probably affecting their lives; in other words, they are in the way. So by killing them, their lives are more successful. I don't really believe in god so I cant really answer the first question but....if there was a god, then I think it wasn't god who created negative characters, it was the people who made themselves negative.

God did not make man negative, they brought that upon themselves. We have agency, we only have control over our own thoughts and actions. People choose to live negatively and choose to make others like unto themselves. God wishes that they will turn the other cheek but he cannot take back our agency which was a gift to us. I choose to live a happy peaceful life, yet sometimes I do struggle I endure to the end.

If all people were alike in every way, we would be bored to death in no time.There would be no variety to make life interesting. God created the bad along with the good for the same reason. If you don't experience the bad, then you won't be able to appreciate the good.
