I'm asking because someone on here said he broke the rules and wasn't voted off. Just curious. I haven't been watching the show.

he was using a cell phone talking to his girlfriend and got kicked off the show. not allowed to have any communication with the outside world because someone might have been writing jokes for them. so yeah, he got kicked off, not voted off.
i am sure we haven't seen the last of him, i have seen him before on comedy central, before last comic standing.

Yes, he broke the rules. He took a cell phone with him and was calling his girl back home. There is no contact with the outside world allowed. What a shame...he was pretty funny.

He was sneaking a cell phone or blackberry and he isn't supposed to talk to anyone
