As you say you've restricted area on your hardchronic so initially this heritage no longer occupying various area of your memory.. so no want to rigidity about the area. except in case you delete it so it really is going to easily restoration memory in KB. and in case you want to delete it and want your all of considered necessary stuff then get the backup of it and then delete it.

It's just a file in your documents and settings directory but I believe when you delete it, it is just gone. Don't think it goes into the recycle bin but you might check there.
