I do not think there will be expansion for a while. Too few markets. But the NFL and Tagliabue waffles worse than an eggo.

The owners talked about it not being a good idea to have more than 32 teams in the NFL, because the less teams the more revenue for the owners. But with the recent salary cap raise you could almost believe that they would add a couple teams. I mean did you see some of those deals. reggie bush is making 10 million dollars a year, same for vince. I remember 2-3 years ago when big name recievers were happy with 4 million a year. Latest news has been possibly moving the chargers because of the lack of income and revenue. Plus it wouldn't be that far of a move, and you maintain 32 teams in the NFL. As for san antonio, probably not for a while.

Hard to say. LA has the better market but then again the NFL has to have an even number of teams to prevent a scheduling conflict. The Saints would've been perfect in either market but for morality reasons the NFL and the people of New orleans won't let the Saints go. They could pull a Baltimore/Cleveland deal in which the team moves but leaves the name behind but that's unlikely too. I personally think NEITHER city gets a team in order to prevent a scheduling conflict.

get yourself an actual football stadium, and not that piece of crap alamodome.

What the hell were you guys thinking building that place? nice job of wasting your city's tax dollar.

I'm sure those exciting San Antonio Churchills, and San Antonio Roosevelts, and Highlands and Judson Rockets put asses in the seats of the Alamodome.

Houston > San Antonio

Houston High School Footbal >>> San Antonio High School Football.
