It would depend on whether or not the robber had a gun. If so, then I would "play" along with him until an opportunity came up, then I would knock him out (I also keep a baseball bat in my room :)

Use something pointy, like a knife that I might keep in there, to break the wall (after I grabbed all my important stuff) and I'd jump out the hole in the wall...
