10 because my husband is talking about divorce and tonight I may loose my family. The only way I can relieve my stress is talking to close friends.

About 8. I don't really know how to relieve stress so I just kind of wait it out, haha. I guess I deal by talking to friends, taking a relaxing shower, sleeping, etc.

I'd probably say a two or three right now...I relieve stress by praying about it...that's the only way for me :)

About an 8 - I don't know why though. I take drugs to relieve stress, XANAX to be specific.
