Right click my computer, go to properties, and it will tell you there about half way down the box in MB.

64, 128, 256 & 512 would sound about right, or maybe a bit more

Go to My Computer right click on c:// drive and click properties. It will tell you in MB or KB how much space you have left.

to find only how much yeah, right click on my computer and click properties. also try typin 'dxdiag' on run bar n there too you will get a detailed description

also crucial.com is good if you are wanting to upgrade. try the memory scanner just to the middle right!
