Cinema Paradiso is a classic. A very well made film. A lot of poeple are put off by the subtitlews, but I exhort these people to try and overcome their dislike of subtitles and watch this film.
I saw this film for the first time when it was first released, and now have the dvd.
I would give this film awards, but then, I don't need to. It already garnered awards.
Needless to say, it's one of my favourite films.

Is that the one with Rik Mayall in? No, that was Guest House Paradiso. That was rubbish. Cinema Paradiso was really good. A lot less jokes about farting.

Excellent film. Mediteranio also good. Other recent Italian the one set in the concentration camp which one the actor an oscar. If u like Italy u will love The talented Mr Ripley. best italian Film of alll time La Dolce Vita. Excuse spelling

Love this movie and I always hoped i would see the wee boy, Salvatore Cascio, acting again. I recently bought this on DVD as I am chucking out my Videos and replacing them. My favourite scene is when Salvatore returns as an adult and watches the 'naughty' montage which Alfredo left for him. This is a eautiful film - thanks for reminding me to watch it.

It's one of the best movies I've ever seen. You should watch it but remember it's an Italian movie so there aren't any explosion or anything of the sort!

It's a good movie if you like foreign films, which I do :)
The kissing montage at the end is classic
