This is a question that has plagued mankind for years. Lets break it down. Its similair to an ACT question, not all blacks have to like the chicken but the majority do. This doesnt make it a necessety however. Back in the 1800s when a black person didnt like chicken they were forced to grab their ankles while they were shot with boiled potatoes via a catapult. Laws of nature tell us that anytime that something like that happens it triggers chemicals in your brain to predispose you to liking something you may not originally enjoy. This chemical can be passed down from generation to generation very similair to sickle cell anemia. In recent years this chemical has found to be more potent then ever and scientists have determined that the consumption of malt liquor and/or sugar based kool-aid (particularly red) severley increases a caucassionally challenged persons desire for this allegid chicken. This chain of events actually led to state legislatures stating scientists were not allowed to buy stock in KFC or popeyes after 1999 because of their advanced knowledge of this disposition. There have also been many ties to this chemicals ability to immediatley make you act like a hooligan or a criminal the minute you are old enough to walk or speak. The NHL has health clauses in their players contracts(because Canadians are weird) One of the stipulations was no fried chicken was to be consumed by athletes. This led to the fall of black communities involvement in hockey. The NBA was going to try similair principles but had many lawsuits preventing it: Patrick Ewing Vs. The Brooklyn Public Zoo, Kemp/Jordan Vs. 36 combined women for out of wedlock children, Reggie Miller Vs. Jarods gallery of jewelers(not letting him have a ring) Shaquille O'Neal Vs the board of education (for not wanting him to be able to say he has a college degree because it might deter white people from think you might learn from college) So to answer your question, yes, black peole like them some chicken

I have a few questions...

What's wrong with liking chicken?

Is any ethnicity genetically predisposed to like chicken? ( I am an American of Irish descent & I love chicken)

What is science right about?

You are so obtuse.

I disagree my aunt who is black (both her father and mother are black) and she does not like chicken, she will not eat chicken also i work with rich white people and they love chicken they buy it from publix every other day for lunch or cook it for dinner they actually eat more chicken than me i can only eat it fried no more than 5 times out of the month.
So i think that its preference it is what one prefers not the race of the person!

Why didn't you throw the watermelon in there too! That would be just as ignorant. It isn't a race thing. Whites and Blacks alike enjoy chicken and watermelon. Then there are some of each race that dislike it. So I think you're stereotyping and probably just trying to stir the POOP!

All golden fried and crunchy and juicy and savory....*drool* Awwww $hit, now I need to go to Popeye's!!

That is not science--it's a stereotype! I'm black, and I HATE chicken. All people aren't the same.
