What's the best campground near Bend, OR?

Depends on what you are looking for.
If family recreation ... try Cove Pallisades.

If a bit more rustic, there are some county campgrounds west of Bend, but at some distance.

The state campgrounds in first link below will serve you well, more spendy, but our state campgrounds are very nice.
