Butterflies on a weight bench as well as something called Chinese curls. Put the big bar on the floor at the head of the bench. Start with about ten pounds on the bar. Lie on the bench and reach behind your head down toward the bar. Curl the bar up and over your head to above your chest, then back down past your head to the floor.
Low reps with heavier weight bulks you up, but don't overdo it or you could injure your back or a joint.

Push ups are real good, also chin ups. If you start slow and build up a little every day you can end up doing a huge number by the end of a few months. For growing big muscles experts say a few reps with a heavy weight is best, but I still think lifting heavy weights is bad for the back and for the joints so that is not my advice. If you can sign up for a body building class at school, college or high school, you can get expert guidance, its best to know what you are doing to avoid wasted effort and more importantly, not to hurt yourself.

Exercises like crunches, sit-ups and push ups. Probably any form of exercise where u can feel the burn in ur chest as long as it doesn't create pain.

Butterflies!
Get a weight bench that has a butterfly attachment and that will take all the fat off your chest, (breast are mostly fatty material, so it will definetely reduce your breast size if your female)...
