I'm a Christian, but i'm not offended. People always ask questions like this.
The answer is that the unicorns horn was too sharp, and they would poke you, the dragon would have burned the ark with its fire breath, the minataur would always talk back, and the cyclops had laser eyes, like in x-men, and they would shoot people and eat them.
The question I have is about dinosaurs. Water is needed to fossilize things. How come there's so many dinosaur fossils?

I believe Noah did take them in the ark. They may hae been babies in the case of the dinosaurs. If the water shield that was around the earth before the flood was back in place it would filter out all the damaging ultra violet rays from the sun and you might be surprised how much vegetation there would be plus how large many reptiles would become. It would be a oxygen rich environment that would also effect humans and other animals in a positive way too.

Not sure about the others, but IIRC, there's some stories that say that the unicorn was too willful, and refused to get on the Ark, choosing to tough it out on its own.
