SEE A DOCTOR! It sounds like gangrene, which is FATAL if left unchecked.

This may be gangrene. Are you diabetic? Do you smoke? Gangrene is a painful condition Toes become black and shrivelled. Gangrene spreads until a line of demarcation appears. Amputation may be required.
All my sympathies are with you. You must visit a health facility immediately.
