should i be mad at my friend for inviting my enemy over to her house when I was there to i think i should?

That would upset me. Maybe you could say to your friend, "Hey, I understand that you and _______ are friends, but as you know, she and I are NOT friends. If you guys hang out I don't care but please respect my boundaries by not inviting us over at the same time. Thanks." Good luck.

No unless that enemy did anything or your friend did anything with your enemy,If your friend and your enemy are friends then you can't come between them it'll just screw everything up
