Depends who you fly with. At the moment, most charter airlines charge between £4 and £5 per kilo short haul, and £8 long haul.

My girlfriend recently returned to Bulgaria from UK and was charged £11.00 per kilo over. Also her hand luggage didnt fit into the new size cage/guide on the boarding gate and she had to dump the case and a load of her possessions. They show no mercy , be warned . Hope this helps.

Normally the around £5 it depends on the handling agents. As its summer they are now making sure that they charge everyone that is over unless its a special reason ie wheelchair, If from october it depends what mood they are in whether they charge you or not.

Depends on who you are flying with.
Often those with the cheapest tickets are the most inflexible and most expensive. They want to recupe any bargain you got.
