I have a pair I once wore to a costume party I attended with a girl who had a matching drindl, but now I don't know what to do with them. They are very nice quality, and I thought that I looked nice in them...too nice to get rid of them! Would I get weird stares if I just wore them to work or out for a walk down the street? What if I wore the matching blouse? Should I ask the girl to wear her drindl and walk with me?

Well you could ask the girl to walk with you and you would probably make a very striking couple. If you have a German society or themed bar you might be able to wear them there. I always go by the philosophy that if you feel comfortable with something others won't stare so much. So if you really want to wear them out well go ahead, just be aware that some people will laugh at anything.

Well when i first read the question i had no idea what lederhosen was so i looked up on dictionary.com lol no really i did. anyway if you like them you wear them and if it makes you feel better you walk with some female it might make you feel a lot better if there are a couple of guys wearing them to show that it is normal or whatever. or if you want to give them away give it to your creepy neighbor i'm sure she would love them and appreciate very much if they came from you. LOL
