Typical Americans have no particular fondness for Jews... It's just that Israeli interests and American interests are in synch right now. French interests of a multipolar world counters American interests. We don't appreciate that. Arab is a broad term. Some countries we like...like Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc. Other Arab countries we don't like...like Syria (and Iran even though they're not really Arab) because they support terrorism.

Most Americans consider themselves Christians (whether they truly are or not). Since Christianity came out of the Jewish religion, most Christians still believe the Old Testament comment that the Jews are God's chosen people, even though the New Testament says very clearly that God's new chosen people are those who follow the teachings of Christ. So, most Christian countries are terribly afraid to go against the Jews, the so called "God's chosen people" for fear that God will smite them

I don't know about you, but I never saw the public service announcement telling me I love Jews because I'm American. PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE, you need to grow up and realize that.
