Hey Kimattc, I give to a lot of people so I have to shop early when I see the bargins. If I do a little each month than my Christmas I'm not a raggin' lunetic stressed outta my mind...tryin' to figure out what to buy, where's a parkin' spot, is the sale over, and "Awe, what...yer already out of them?" NO THANKS...I shop early. Then only do a little when it's tis the season!
Mall, Wal-mart, Barnes and Noble (my dad loves books)
Target, Craft stores like Michaels,Sears for tools..Gift Certificates to the Movie for other places that people always ask for! Place I make things too! Though this year for all the little kids that come to my grandma's I went to the Dollor Tree and bought a whole bunch of neon glow in the dark necklaces, braclets, wands, earrings, and stuff you can make outta them and that way when there bored they can go in the other rooms and turn out the lights or bundle up and go outside and have fun chasin each other with all their colors on!! I wish I had that when I was little! I only had one once when I went to Disneyland and I put it in the freezer to make it last longer! (There the kind that when you snap them the liquid glows) I thought it was a great idea!!
Have fun shopping...

Are you kidding??? I do good to get it started December first... I always wait until the last minute. Sometimes it's more fun that way, but usually I just have to wait until I get some money.
I do a lot of shopping at Wal-Mart, but I usually go to the mall to get my sons' gifts. Each one likes something different. My granddaughter is easy right now, toys and clothes from "Wally World" make her happy.

Yes, I've started. When I see something throughout the year that I know someone on my Christmas list will love, I buy it for them & save it. I prefer specialty shops and arts/crafts fairs. A few weeks out from Chrismas I'm likely to buy stuff online (Amazon, Ebay) & when it's a week or so away, I hit WalMart/ShopKo and the mall (we've only got one little mall here).

I stay out of the malls so Target, Wal-Mart, Kohls are good for me because they have variety. I keep my lists year over year so I don't duplicate what I got somebody the previous years. I also take one idea as far I can - So for example, if I get a power drill for one person, I review my list to see who else might like or need one as well. Not sure it really does, but it seems to help keep me organized.

No, but I have started my lists. I will likely do most of my shopping on-line as there aren't a lot of stores to chose from in the area. But I will make 1-2 trips to the mall to pick up items I can't purchase online.

Every year I love to go to wal-mart to get the major things. If I have to pick up here and there things, I go to the dollar store.

Yep. Got a lot of it done. I usually finish my Christmas shopping the day after Thanksgiving. That gives me lots of time to enjoy the other seasonal activities, like baking, caroling, parties, and such. I like all kinds of stores, so I shop in pretty much everywhere.

Even though I live within five minutes of a major CT mall I do all my shopping online and usually start around Oct/Nov.
