You need video capture software. Depending on what you are using as a video card you may already have this feature.

Power DVD is best or play the video and try Alt+PrtScr then paste in paint or anyother image editing software.
In power DVD
First you have to make a folder to store the pics. Then open Power DVD. Right click in the window.Click configuration. Click advanced button. Click snap shot. Select capture to file. Browse the folder you have created to collect pics. Have fun !!!!!

yes. PowerDVD lets you take pictures using the screenshot. Some other program probably not. Try using your digital camera if you cant find any other way
